One Way or Another

  1. well, i don’t think anyone likes lime green as much as me….so i think you just can’t go wrong with the bag either way. and i clicked on your boots link, and they are on sale!! in my world, you must get them since they’re a good deal! 🙂 hope that helps!

  2. Love, love, love the boots. The bag is pretty hot, but really do you want the seams splitting trying to hold a too big laptop? Happy half-birthday!

  3. omg I don’t think I’ve ever bought boots so early in the morning! I just grabbed up the sandstone color in 8 – I’m sure if anyone else wants a pair, they should get them now!
Thank you for the early morning retail therapy. It was very much needed!

  4. I have that EXACT bag. I adore it. It JUST barely fits my laptop, which I think is 17″. It helps that the buckles are so adjustable. AND, it is so cute, that it is good for other things as well. The green is FANTASTIC. I say go for it.

  5. Here are the dimensions for your laptop
    Height: 0.98 inch (2.50 cm)
    Width: 15.47 inches (39.3 cm)
    Depth: 10.51 inches (26.7 cm)
I don’t think that it will fit into that bag since the interior is smaller than 15 inches high and 10 inches in width 🙁 (But the bag is super cute anyways!)
I have a 15 inch macbook and had such a hard time trying to find a bag to fit it! Good luck!
Love the detail of the buttons on those boots! Definately get those! 🙂

  6. It won’t fit. I have been coveting the green 14″ for a while (I have a 13″ Macbookpro). My friend has the 15″ bag and and 13″ laptop, which is very roomy.
There is nothing for it – you’ll have to get a 15″ laptop to go with teh bag 🙂

  7. I’m a shoe girl, so I say the boots FOR SURE!! I LOVE them!!! Can’t you have a 3/4 birthday too for the bag…. Sounds good to me!!

  8. Just get both. We only go around here once. Besides, if you don’t buy both, one of these days you will see someone wearing the boots or carrying the bag and you will wish you had.

  9. I like to do the straight line ‘advance depreciation’ method! It goes like this…
the beautiful bag costs x amount.
The number of years that I’d use the bag are y plus the number of years I haven’t had such a nice bag are z.
then x/(y+z)= the price of the bag per year
and Wola!the bag becomes a reasonable small price that is quite justifiable! =p

  10. Well. The boots are divine. After having a “wanty” moment myself after seeing them 🙂 and then bemoaning the fact that (after reading the comments and discovering) my Druzilla feet would never fit in them, you should definitely get them. For both of us:)

  11. Yum! I love the handbag! If it were me I’d get the bag and if the laptop doesn’t fit, then find some other wonderful use for it 😉 Then again, those boots are hawt!

  12. Both are yummy. Good luck with both of those! I am in love with Fluevog shoes, but here on Oahu one wonders about the practicality of those. My half birthday is coming up too hmm…

  13. That would surely be THE cutest laptop bag ever! I’m lovin the boots, too! Have you heard of http://pinterest.com/? I belive it is a *newer* site that they are trying to get out there. It’s a site that allows you to create virtual inspiration boards by “pinning” your favorite photos from the web. Very fun and I’d want to scope out your boards of beauty!

  14. You can always find cool boots. I mean they’re everywhere, right? On the other hand, the bag is unique and not everyone and their dog carries one, and it goes with every, single color, and is THE shape of this year, and is well worth every penny. In fact, considering how much really high quality handbags cost, it’s very reasonable. So, I say get the adorable, green bag. Now.

  15. I’m crazy about that satchel! I wouldn’t risk it Heather – buy it. But it does look like the Batchel version would work for a laptop – the red and tan Batchel’s show some good relevant size photos. Yeah… you sucked me in at their website.

  16. hi,
I have the purple one and they are so stiff. They are not forgiving so I don’t think your computer would fit. But they are lovely satchels. 🙂

  17. What wonderful coloured satchels. Being of certain age and English we had to have satchels for carrying our school books and clutter in the 1950s and 60s. They lasted for ever and how we hated them. Occasionally they used to get polished with shoe cleaner as they were usually brown
Considering their material and manufacturing cost I thought the prices were reasonable especially as it would last much longer than a similarly priced ladies handbag.
Did you decide to buy one in the end? If so what colour?
